A single mock session, in the Practice Room or live with a reviewer. Practitioner Pro alumni carry priority; your capstone review counts in your favour.

05 · PRACTITIONER QUESTIONS

The fine print, read aloud.

How long does listing take, start to finish?
Application is 15 minutes. Verification runs within 10 days; the audition is scheduled inside that window. Most complete the whole path in about two weeks. Practitioner Pro alumni move through a priority queue.
What share do I keep per session?
Your payout share is agreed in writing before you go live and never changes mid-stream. We don't publish a number here because we'd rather put it in your contract than in marketing copy; ask and you'll have it in your first email from the desk.
Can I keep my private clients?
Of course. Listing here is not an exclusivity deal. The only rule runs the other way: clients who found you through Souled Connect stay on the platform, which protects every therapist's pipeline equally, including yours.
Can I list part-time, with just a few hours a week?
Yes, and many will. You set your calendar; two hours a week is a real practice. The matcher only sends clients to slots you've opened.
I'm qualified but haven't trained with Souled. Now what?
One training away. Any course, internship or bootcamp opens key two; the training internships are the fastest route and double as your audition prep. The wall isn't going anywhere.
What happens if a client rematches away from me?
Nothing dramatic. Fit is chemistry, not competence, and the rematch rule is why clients trust the wall enough to book at all. Patterns are reviewed with care and context by the clinical desk, never by an algorithm alone.
