Shipping & Delivery Policy

Almost everything we offer is digital and reaches you instantly. On the rare occasion we send something physical, here is how that works.

Digital products and courses

Courses, internships, diplomas, masterclasses, and community access are delivered digitally. Access is granted to your store account and learning portal as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.

For live cohorts, access opens right away and the live sessions begin on the published start date. Joining details and the schedule are shared by email and through your cohort group. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge for digital products.

Physical items

Occasionally we sell a physical item, such as a journal or an art kit. For these:

Delays

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control, though we will help you follow up.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery address

Please give a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for orders that fail to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
