Paint a feeling. Meet twelve people. Go home lighter.
canvas, materials and coffee included
Not an art class.
nothing is taught, nothing is judgedNot therapy.
a psychologist holds the room, that is allNinety minutes
of being human.

Coffee, canvas, and a card. No introductions yet.
A minute each. Pick a colour for today. Passing is fine.
The psychologist opens the theme. A story, not a lecture.
No reference image. Prompts, music, and your own answer.
Canvases together. You leave notes on someone else's.
One sentence each. Your sticker. Your canvas home.
Perfect. Neither is most of the room, and nothing here is taught, marked, or compared. That is the whole design.
Twelve seats per session and we do not add chairs. When one fills, it closes and the waitlist opens.
Six months, twelve themes, and no edition ever repeats. Each one has its own postcard and its own sticker.
Every edition has its own postcard and its own sticker. The psychologist hands you the sticker at the end, so it is earned, never bought.
Most people do. Within twenty minutes it stops being something you notice.
Adult friendship does not happen by accident. This room is built for it to happen on purpose.
The most common thing people say before booking, and the least relevant once they arrive.
The gentlest door into it. No theory, no commitment, just what it actually feels like.
Not in crisis, just tired in a way a weekend does not fix.
No agenda beyond that. Also completely enough.
Canvas, paints, brushes and apron. Your coffee. Ninety minutes with a psychologist. Your postcard, your sticker, and the canvas you carry home.

No. It is a designed social experience held by a qualified psychologist, using ideas that come from art therapy. It is not treatment and it does not replace seeing someone properly. If that is what you need, we can point you to our therapists.
Never. Passing is built into every circle and nobody follows up on it.
So is most of the room. That is the normal way to arrive here.
Nothing. Everything is provided. Wear something you do not mind getting paint on.
Yes. Tell us at least 48 hours before and we will move you to any other edition. Inside 48 hours the seat is hard to refill, though you are welcome to send someone in your place.
Yes, and it travels well. Private editions run up to twenty four people with two facilitators. Message us and we will put it together.
