These Terms govern your use of Socially Souled and everything you buy or access through it. By using the Services or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of these terms
The Services are provided by Souledsphere Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing sociallysouled.com, creating an account, or purchasing a course, community membership, or other product, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or over to buy from us, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your login details confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Course access is for you alone and may not be shared.
Our courses and services
We offer educational courses, internships, diplomas, masterclasses, a community, and practice tools. Some are live online cohorts and some are self-paced. Schedules, mentors, and content may change, and we will tell you about material changes that affect a cohort you are in.
Our certificates recognise completion or participation. They are not a licence, registration, or qualification to practise as a psychologist, therapist, or counsellor.
Educational purpose only
Our content is for education and personal development. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you need support, please consult a licensed practitioner. See also our Disclaimer.
Enrolment and access
Once you enrol, access is granted through your store account and our learning portal. For live cohorts, joining details and schedules are shared by email and through your cohort group. You are responsible for attending and completing the work needed for any certificate.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through Shopify and [payment gateway]. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.
Refunds
Enrolments are non-refundable once access is granted. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy in full before you purchase.
Intellectual property
All course materials, recordings, text, designs, and other content are owned by Souledsphere or its licensors and are protected by law. When you enrol, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access the material for your own learning. You may not record, copy, resell, share, or publicly post our content, or use it to build a competing offering, without our written permission.
Acceptable use and community conduct
- Be respectful. Harassment, hate, and abuse are not allowed in any space we run.
- Do not share your access or distribute course material to others.
- Do not scrape, copy, or misuse the Services or attempt to break their security.
- Follow any additional community guidelines we publish.
We may remove content or suspend access for conduct that breaches these Terms.
Third-party services
The Services rely on and may link to third parties such as Shopify, Tevello, Circle, video hosts, and your chosen payment method. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which have their own terms.
Disclaimers and no guarantees
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise particular results, outcomes, jobs, placements, or earnings from any course. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souledsphere and its team will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Souledsphere against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India.
