The Idea

not a class you watch. a day you do.

The course teaches you online. The bootcamp puts you in a room with paint, music, and people, and walks you through real art-therapy activities for four hours straight. You reflect, you make, you share if you want to, and you leave lighter, with a kit in your hands and a certificate with your name on it.

It is the deepest taste of art therapy you can get in a single afternoon, equal parts experience and first step. And the less you worry about it looking good, the better it works.

if you can't draw a straight line, you are the ideal participant.
how the afternoon goes

four hours, gently structured.

arrive at twelve, leave at four, carried through it the whole way. here is the shape of the day.

12:00

arrive & ground

find your seat, meet the room, and take a few breaths into the day. no pressure to be anywhere but here.

12:30

colour & calm

mandalas with music. the slow, repetitive open that settles a busy head before the deeper work.

1:30

the mirror

the ideal-self and real-self activity. you draw how you see yourself, gently, and notice what surfaces.

2:30

release

brain dump, dopamine doodle, and collage. the heavy stuff goes onto the page so you do not have to keep carrying it.

3:30

share & keep

an optional circle, then your certificate and kit. you leave at 4:00 lighter than you came.

what you take home

you leave with more than a feeling.

every seat comes with a kit, so the day keeps going long after you have left the room.

the kit alone is most of why people come back with a friend.
real rooms, real afternoons

this is what a bootcamp actually feels like.

real photos from real sessions: the colour, the mandalas, the quiet focus, and the table that slowly fills with everyone's work.

★★★★★
The ideal-self vs real-self activity still motivates me daily to work on my ideal self. Drawing my thoughts out on a sheet of paper can make you feel so well.

We heard music and coloured at the same time in the Mandala art-therapy book. It was not just about colouring, but learning to regulate emotions and feel them completely.

I started coming when I was not in a good shape mentally. It was open and welcoming through the whole process. My Sundays are way better than they used to be.

My favourite was the Dopamine Doodle. Complete freedom to express, without worrying about getting it right.

Everyone reflected on their activities and was so emotionally supportive of each other. Only love, love and love.

The Mandala Relay was unmatched. My notebook came back looking like it had gone on a world tour without me.

the honest answers.

do i need to be good at art?

Not even slightly. The less you worry about it looking good, the better it works. If you cannot draw a straight line, you are the ideal participant.

what do i need to bring?

Just yourself. Every material is provided, and you take a full kit home at the end.

is this therapy?

No. It is a guided, supportive creative day led by a facilitator, not a clinical therapy session. It can feel therapeutic, and it is a wonderful first taste of art therapy, but it is not treatment.

how long is it, and when?

Four hours, from 12:00 to 4:00 pm, on a weekend. We are touring six cities across September to December 2026.

what is in the kit?

Artist-grade colours, the Art of Feeling journal, a certificate of participation, bookmarks, and postcards.

who is it for?

Psychology students, therapists sharpening their toolkit, artists, educators, school counsellors, and anyone curious about feeling through art.

can i gift a seat?

Yes. It makes a lovely gift. Reach out and we will help you arrange it.

what if i need to change my city or date?

Seats are limited, so bookings are final, but write to us and we will do our best to move you to another city or date on the tour.
